By creating an AlagApp Clinic account, you accept these terms. AlagApp provides pediatric clinic management tools for parents, doctors, and administrators.
2. Account Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, keep your password confidential, and notify the clinic promptly of any unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Medical Disclaimer
AlagApp is a management platform — not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult your doctor for medical decisions. In emergencies, contact your nearest hospital immediately.
4. Privacy & Data Protection
We handle personal and health information in line with the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173). Your data is used only to provide clinic services (appointments, medical records, vaccinations, prescriptions) and is never sold to third parties.
We use prepared statements, password hashing, and session protections to secure your data. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.
5. Children's Information
Parents/guardians are responsible for information entered about minors. Medical records are only visible to the parent account and clinic staff involved in the child's care.
6. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other users' data, upload malicious files, or use automated scripts to extract information.
7. Account Termination
We may deactivate accounts that violate these terms or attempt fraud. You may request deletion of your account through clinic staff.
8. Changes to These Terms
Terms may be updated for legal or operational reasons. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
